In addition to creating a multiple prop-tech programs, I've spent the past four years researching the real estate industry and listening to hundreds of home seller and buyer stories (some good and a lot bad). The reality is that the real estate industry is the most regulated, yet unregulated industry I've ever seen. The rise of junk fees, the confusion and pressure on high commissions, the lack of accountability on bad service providers are all coming at a big cost to consumers. It didn't take me long to realize that there is no one looking out for consumers in this industry, and the companies you think have your back, are selling you out for thousands of dollars. So it's become my mission, along with a few other advocates, to expose what's really happening and help create a more transparent, fair, accountable, and affordable buying and selling experience.
